Coastal Callings is the culmination of Alexandra’s professional experience and expertise. Her clients enjoy the absolute best property management service. She combines her knowledge of personalized customer service with her professional management skills. Alex’s team members, (whom she has personally trained in customer service), vendor contacts, and resources ensure that Coastal Callings is unsurpassed in providing clients ultimate peace of mind.
Over time, Alex was promoted until she became the lead manager of large projects such as the remodel of the landscaping and pool, updating of the elevators, and extensive face-lift to the interior design throughout the complex. She also managed the day-to-day maintenance of the complex as the supervisor of their 12 member in-house staff and maintenance team. After several years in this position, Alex had learned how to accommodate the requests of her clientele, manage staff, negotiate with vendors, organize and supervise large projects, and deal with all aspects of property management.
Alex brought these skills with her when she moved to Los Angeles 15 years ago to accept a position in private estate management. Since then, she has served the most high-profile and demanding clients. She enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of not only meeting the needs of her clients, but performing above and beyond to ensure that they enjoy a stress-free home environment.
After earning her BA in Sociology at Arizona State University, Alex accepted a position in residential property management for a Scottsdale condominium complex. At first, Alex acted as a concierge to their very discerning clientele. In this position, Alex received the highest level of training in customer service by none other than Ritz Carlton managers who were hired to train the management staff. She enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of anticipating and meeting the needs of her clients to ensure they enjoy a stress-free home environment.
